What Makes Walker Ranch Special?

Some places in the Shoals have a history that goes back generations, & Walker Ranch is one of them!

Family-owned since 1824, Walker Ranch has deep roots in local agriculture. Today, James & Rosie Walker continue that legacy through their farming & cattle operations while also finding new ways to connect the community with ranch life!

What began as a family farming tradition has grown to include the Walker Ranch Pro Rodeo, farm tours, fall festivals, & so many more fun events that welcome thousands of visitors to the ranch each year. From its agricultural roots to the experiences families enjoy today, Walker Ranch is a reminder of the important role family farms continue to play in the Shoals.
