Step Up for the Bridge, a unique two-mile walk designed to bring our community together while raising awareness and funds for the continued preservation of the bridge.Enjoy an afternoon walking across the Old Railroad Bridge, taking in the beautiful views of the Tennessee River, and supporting an important piece of Shoals history on Nov 15, 2026 at 2PM.

Every registered participant will receive an exclusive Step Up for the Bridge T-shirt.

100% of the profits will go toward the replacement of the railroad crossties that support the rails above the bridge's walking deck or the needs leading up to the work.
