KD Art Center will be open late for First Friday in May! On Friday, May 1st, Florence Arts & Museums staff will be here from 5pm-7:30pm to share about upcoming events & summer camps. We are also planning some fun community projects as part of our KD at 50 Anniversary celebration! Help us create stepping stones for a path in front of our temporary mural and garden, visit inside the gallery for a hands-on activity with our Museum Educator, and explore the updated exhibit space dedicated to the history of Hiram Kennedy Douglass and the Art Center.
