The Cowboy Church of Franklin County will be having its annual fall festival and chili cook-off on Tuesday, Oct 31.

All are welcome to attend. The event starts at 5 pm and will go until 8 pm. There will be games, candy, and a cakewalk. Chili and hot dogs will be served until gone.

Chili cook-off: Any Chili entered should arrive by 4:30 pm.
